Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free gives you full access to Kai's healthcare knowledge and cited answers, with a little usage each month, no card required. Upgrade when Kai is paying for itself.
How does usage work?
Each plan includes a monthly pool of analyses — the memos, market maps, and models Kai builds. Pro includes about 30 a month and Max about 150; Team pools about 30 per seat across everyone. A heavier analysis (deep research, large documents) uses a bit more. Go past your pool and you're simply metered for what you use, or top up — you're only billed when Kai is actually working.
How does Team pricing scale per seat?
Team is $40 per seat each month (or $400 per seat a year). You pick the number of seats at checkout and can change it any time — each added seat is +$40/mo and adds about 30 analyses to one shared pool the whole team draws from.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Switch the toggle to annual and you get roughly two months free on every paid plan. Monthly and annual are the same product — just a different billing cycle.
Can I connect my own data?
Yes. Connect your own data on Max, and your team's shared data on Team and Enterprise: PointClickCare, Net Health, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, and your spreadsheets. Your data stays private to you and never trains the shared model.
What about security and HIPAA?
Kai runs on business data, with no patient data required. Enterprise adds a full security and compliance review, single sign-on, and admin controls.
