Common questions.

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Free includes 7 lifetime messages with Kai's healthcare knowledge and cited answers. No card is required, and the allowance does not reset each month.
How does usage work?
Pro includes 100 usage units a month, Max includes 500, and Team includes 100 per paid seat in one shared pool. A standard request uses 1 unit; faster models can use less and more powerful models can use more. Your usage page shows the weighted total.
What happens when I use my monthly allowance?
You can add a $25 pack with 100 units or a $100 pack with 500 units from your usage page. Packs charge the card on file, unused pack units carry forward, and optional auto-refill can add a 100-unit pack when needed.
How does Team pricing scale per seat?
Team is $100 per seat each month with a 5-seat minimum. You pick the number of seats at checkout and can add more any time. Usage is pooled across the whole team.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Switch the toggle to annual and you save on every paid plan. Monthly and annual are the same product — just a different billing cycle.
Can I connect my own data?
Yes. Connect your own data on Max, and your team's shared data on Team and Enterprise: PointClickCare, Net Health, Salesforce, HubSpot, Gmail, and your spreadsheets. Your data stays private to you and never trains the model.
What about security and HIPAA?
Kai runs on business data, with no patient data required. Team includes SSO. Enterprise adds HIPAA, a full security review, and admin controls.
